Returning the goods

The return of goods takes place in accordance with June 29, 2001 By order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania no. 217 "On the approval of the rules for the return and exchange of items" in the rules for the return and exchange of items, according to which it is indicated that quality perfumery and cosmetic products are non-exchangeable goods.

When a defective product is returned, we undertake to replace it with a similar product, in the event that we do not have a similar product, we return the money paid for the product after informing the customer service department by e-mail. by letter to eshop@juara.lt within 3 working days of receiving it.

The product is exchanged only if the packaging was not damaged and the product was not used.

Goods must be returned in the packaging in which they were delivered. The delivery package must be undamaged, clean, properly prepared and packed. If the product is not properly packed, we do not accept returns.

The buyer returns the goods at his own expense.
