Tips for use:

Gently pull the earlobe down.

Holding the tab between your thumb and forefinger, insert the plug into your ear.

Gradually press the plug until it is properly seated in the ear canal (you can make small twisting movements). In most cases, the end of the tab will point down.

Tip: To check if the plug is properly inserted, rub your fingers against your ears: you shouldn't hear any rubbing noise. If you can hear, insert the protection deeper into your ear. You should not feel any discomfort.

To remove the protection, gently pull the end of the tab, twisting it slightly.
