Users manual

1. Gently insert the ringed tip of the plug into the ear canal in a circular motion.
2. At the same time: Pull the ear outwards and upwards to remove air from the ear canal.
3. Wash with lukewarm water and mild soap after use. Allow to dry before reuse.
